Horrible Service. Unpredictable delivery service. This year many of their clients are running out of oil due to poor service., it has been on the news. Several people we know have had their pipes freeze because Ultramar did not deliver oil as they were supposed to. For us, it has been nearly two weeks since we called for oil delivery and despite promises, there has been no delivery and no calls or explanation. We will be looking for another oil supplier.read more
If you have to call them, you will be on hold for at least 15-25 minutes. They need to improve their customer service. I wanted to call and update my payment and had to wait a long time on hold. I was calling to pay for my bill....I was not calling with any problems or issues.read more
Ultramar shouldn't be in the Home Heating Oil business. It takes for ever holding on the phone to get a response and then the delivery can take up to a week
