I bought a waterfall faucet for my new bathroom a few years ago. It has worked well and looked good until it started leaking. Obvious answer is to change the catradge. In there lies the problem. We have now been without a bathroom faucet for 1 1/2 weeks, a huge inconvenience, while we try and open the tap where the cartradge goes. It won’t come apart and received some advice from tech support to use vinegar to loosen it. Didn’t work even after after a weekend soaking in vinegar. We did try and reach tech support again but to no avail. We then tried CLR, WD 40 and Liquid film all soaking for at least 8 hours each. It is the design.....it just doesn’t work. I have had both Delta and Moen in the past and have easily changed the cartradge when necessary. As I now try and buy Canadian products first I went to Riobel. Both product and service will have to improve before I go there again.read more

J'ai eu un problème avec une cartouche de robinet d’evier acheté il y a bientôt 10 ans , le magasin qui me l’a vendu ne voulait pas s’occuper du problème en disant que ce ne serait pas garanti car le robinet était endommagé (mais la cartouche était saisi dedans) en insistant le commis à fini par contacter Riobel et m’a référé là bas à leurs demandes , j’avais vraiment l’impression de l’emmerder. J’étais plutôt mécontent mais en arrivant chez Riobel à St-Jerôme j’ai été pris en charge par une équipe de professionnels et du personnel dévoués et attentionnés . Ils m’ont remis les pièces gratuitement sans même prendre la facture (seulement les vielles pièces) , ça n’a pas pris plus de 10 minutes, on a même pris le temps de m’expliquer l’installation (ajustement) ,et avec le sourire . I had a riobel floor mount tub faucet that started to leak after 5 years. contacted riobel and they had me send it back for inspection. Sent me back a new one no charge, no questions asked. So impressed with this company. You don't see that much anymore. My hats off to you Riobel. Will never buy another brand again. They were pleasant on the phone and kept me updated all the way through. I have never had such a good experience with a company. How come that a company like yours offers no toll free number to contact you?Your site is not friendly user and all I want is to download the installation kit for a a shore kit that I bought for my bathroom.
