This company gives fantastic service. They came to clean my carpets. The agent showed up on time and by the time he was finished the carpets were in wonderful shape. Fantastic value for the money. Would use them again.read more

The worst worst worsr worst worst company ever!I never such a weak and without company in my life.We had a moving to our new house in Brossard. I contacted them one month before. 2 days before, somebody came to the house and said he is gonna send 2 employees from 8:30. Nobody came and nobody called.After calling them the reason was: one of the employees didn’t sleep well last night and he/she can come!!!!!!!. When I asked about the other employee, they said he can’t drive!!!!!! I asked to pick him up or take a taxi, they didn’t accept.No manager and no sales person talked to me. The call woman said she couldn’t find them!!!!!!Very very very very weak weak weak weak company.They ruined our moving and all of our planning.read more

Horrible customer service!!!! We had an appointment for carpet cleaning and Windows for Saturday morning. The company confirmed with us twice the day before. On the day of, it was 10:00, so we called because the appointment was at 09:00. By then, all the furniture was moved from our rooms for the carpet cleaning. They told us that someone will be there before 12:00. That never happened! Of course no one was answering our phone calls by then. I finally got in touch with Mr. Morris using a different number, only to be told that he couldn't understand the situation and that he was unable to reach anyone from the office. In today's world, especially a business, people have cell phones.....they choose not to answer or simply couldn't give me an honest answer. They completely wasted my time. The least they could do is cancel with me in the morning, rather then dragging it on for half a day. Very unprofessional behavior. Other people wrote similar reviews. Beware of their promises and pricing as well.Dear Mr. Owner, unfortunately your company is so disorganized that you can't find our coordinates! Mr. MORRIS as well as your secretary have our coordinates. If you would like a further explanation on the service your company provides, give us a call and we could discuss this further. I'm glad your very busy, but the way your company treated us last week is unacceptable and people should know about it!read more

I got my whole house cleaned...carpets furniture, windows and even my air ducts and I was thoroughly happy. But I know one thing...this is a very busy company...book them ahead of time :)read more

My wife Tamara called Scentral to have our carpets cleaned and the entire process was terrific starting with Doreen (sp?) at the office to the technicians (Lloyd and Jay), who were very courteous and did a great job, even getting out longstanding tough stains . Thanks!!read more

Very unreliable company. Their estimator does not show up, promises you to come at a specific time with the cleaners and doesn't come and doesn't even warn you beforehand. Not a trustworthy company!read more

The technician thoroughly cleaned our wall-mount air conditioner, which was installed when we bought our house. It was black inside, yuck! Now it is sparkling clean and virtually silent! I highly recommend this company! Thank you!read more

Had them do my walls and ceilings. Streaks all over. Called them back to complain and no one ever contacted me. Do not recommend them at all. I am reminded everytime I look up at the ceiling of what a terrible job they did. I even complained to the people who did the job before they left. They don't care. Take your money and run.read more

Excellent service! Have been a client for several years now. Professional and great quality cleaning products......also used their services after smoke damage in my home, and they arrived the next day and did all my carpets, couches, mattresses and drapes.
