You'll be happy with any trainer you work with as everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. One of the best aspect is they will be able to push your limits while making sure you maintain proper form and you'll have fun with exercises you wouldn't normally do. The meal plans you are given are adapted to your goals and needs and more importantly, are realistic. Their approach is a lifestyle change instead of a crash diet that won't last.I've been going here for over a year and it feels like a second home for me. These guys are awesome. Their approach is to help you achieve your fitness goals in a sustainable, holistic way. They will incorporate exercises to help you strengthen injure-prone areas and weak spots as they strive to help you unlock your optimal condition. The nutrition plan was well researched, comprehensive and fit perfectly into my own eating habits. Overall great experience, both professional and friendly. I highly recommend.
The Enthusiastic Team at Milesfit has played an instrumental role in helping me regain control of my health. From the get go my trainer Dane set realistic goals and pushed me to meet and surpass them. Armed with a nutritional guide and food plan provided by Milesfit I was able to take my weight loss to the next level. In just 4 months I lost 25lbs and several inches. I am proud of what I have accomplished and know I wouldn't have been able to get here with out the continuous support and motivation of the Milesfit team.
Before hearing about Milesfit, I would lose weight just by eating clean, I wouldn’t workout because I didn't enjoy it. I had ZERO motivation because oversaturated gyms were not my thing. They freak me out actually.Justin is an excellent trainer; enthusiastic, super knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. His approach to exercise is fun and in no way intimidating. Justin keeps changing the routine to fit with my goals and it keeps the workouts interesting and challenging. Good times!
