About a year ago our family called on the services of Complete Care (CC) to help with our mother who had been suffering with Alzheimer's for several years. To say that dealing with family member with this disease is difficult and stressful is an understatement. I must say from the beginning, the people at the office understood our situation perfectly and within a very short time were up and running with an excellent program of services and care that up to the highest professional standards. From dealing with our mother's doctors and medication to liaising with The CLSC and arranging for all type of equipment and transportation, it was a pleasure dealing with them. Near the end we required 24 hour care and CC never let us down providing excellent caregivers who really did everything for our mother and family with loving attention. Both office staff and caregivers were always there for our mom and the rest of the family, even if all we needed was someone to talk to after a particularly rough day - which happened quite often. The CC people were with our mom and us until the very end, and for that we are very grateful.

For the past three years, Complete Care Coordination (CCC) has been providing occasional home care for my parents, as well as much valued advice and guidance with respect to various situations, e.g. driving issues and medication management.The staff and service providers are professional and attentive to the needs of my parents. They are always there to respond to our inquiries and worries. Communication is of paramount importance to them and always timely.My siblings and I live in cities outside of the Montreal area. We are truly thankful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable organization.I highly recommend CCC to anyone who is looking for support for elderly family members. They truly do care.

The value of a service based organization can be measured in the quality of staff that directly delivers such services.With this in mind, the caregivers that have attended our mother over the last number of years can be described as trusted, engaging, and have over time become extended members of the family.In summary, our experience has been very positive and I would recommend giving Complete Care Coordination serious consideration if a family is looking for a trusted partner in the delivery of care to a family member.Thank you / merci.Dan Chiasson and family

Our family was unimpressed with the lack of empathy we got from Complete Care Coordination. It became very apparent that they were only interested in our money. Despite their name, this is a company that simply does not care. Their nurse made several serious mistakes and after that we just lost faith in the company. We didn't realize how stressful it was dealing with Complete Care Coordination until we went elsewhere. We are very happy with the new home care agency we moved to.

Complete Care is very organized and professional. They take the time to know client and match them with caregivers accordingly. And above all strive for continuity of care. Which is very important for elderly. Especially when suffering from dementia and dealing with other illness. You will not regret trusting Complete Care with your love ones. I have known this agency for 10+. And have worked in health care for 20yrs. And would recommend them to healthcare providers and families seeking care for their love ones.

This is a very bad company. They don't care about their clients they just want your money. They also treat their employees like dirt and one of the managers is a racist. if you love your family member you will not let this company take care of them.
