Used technicalities in order to refuse to provide the warranty service included in the original purchase. Stay away from them!

We got Fidele Arsenault Inc. to remove our old gutters and replace them with new ones. Price, products and installation were top notch but their communication process was average at best.Teams showed up to our house without advanced notice, did part of the work and left without saying a word.read more
